"If you see yourself being too lazy to perform deeds of obedience (worship), then be careful that Allah has not disliked your worship as per His Statement: "...But Allah disliked their being sent forth, so He made them lag behind..." [al-Tawbah: 46] And seeking forgiveness is one of the greatest hasanat (good deeds) and its door is wide, so whoever feels a shortcoming in his speech, deeds, or state of affairs, or provisions, or state of his heart, then he must adhere to Tawhid and Istighfar (seeking forgiveness) for indeed they contain a cure if one is truthful and sincere." ♥.. - Ibn 'Uthaymeen (rahimahullah)
