Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a Jewish woman brought a poisoned sheep for the Prophet Muhammad (may Allah's peace & blessings be upon him). He ate from it and she was brought.

It was asked, "Should we not kill her?"
"No," the Prophet replied.

May Allah send His peace & blessings upon this most merciful man!
