Human beings are really just "Souls (Arwaah)" housed in bodies. There is no Arab soul or Non-Arab Soul! There is no White Soul or Black Soul! There is no Pakistani Soul and Bengali Soul! There is no Somali Soul and Bantu African (Jareer) Soul! We are all just Souls returning to our Lord. If Muslims cannot overcome tribal and ethnic divisions, we will never be successful! Amazing Story of a Bird and A Scholar
Imām al-Dhahabī mentions the following story in his entry for Sufyān ath-Thawrī: ”ʻAlī b. ʻAbd al-ʻAzīz said, Arim narrated to us saying, I went to Abū Manṣūr to visit him, he said to me,
‘Sufyān resided in this house, and there was here a nightingale belonging to my son. He (Sufyān) said, ‘Why is this locked up (in a cage)? It should be freed.’ I said, ‘It belongs to my son, and he gives it to you as a gift.’ Sufyān said, ‘No, I will give him a dinar for it.’ He said, ‘He then took it and freed it, and it would go out and return in the evening, and would be at the far end of the house. When Sufyān died, it followed his funeral procession and was flying over his grave. After this on some nights it would go to his grave, and sometimes would spend the night there, and sometimes would return back home. They then found it dead by his grave and it was buried alongside Sufyān.”’

Let's get closer to Al Qur'an & let's get the younger ones closer to it too!
The following lovely incident was mentioned by a Shaikh from Toronto, Canada. The incident is about his 18 months old daughter.
The shaikh used to teach his young son Qur'an and ahadith daily. And Masha Allah, the little boy had already memorized Surah Fatiha and various other surahs.
One day, his youngest daughter who was only 18 months old was sitting beside them while they did the lesson. When the young boy recited the 5th verse of Surah Fatiha untill "Ihdina As Sirat...", the tiny girl suddenly said "Al Mustaqeem" and completed the verse.
Subhanallah! How blessed is this child whose first words were among the words of the Glorious Qur'an, which she learned because of her father's Qur'an lessons at home! Masha Allah!
So do let the younger ones at your place be near you when you read, recite or study the Qur'an. May Allah bless us & our families with the knowledge of His Glorious Words! Aameen!
..::..The Nurse and His Gaze..::.. [Lovely True Story]
There was a person in the UK who became ill and was hospitalized. He was admitted for three days and on the fourth day the attendant nurse said, "Marry me".
He [the brother in UK] asked, "Why? I am a Muslim, you and I cannot become companions."
She said, "I will become Muslim".
"What's the reason?" it was asked.
She said, "In all my time that I have served in hospitals, except you, I have never seen a man lower his gaze in front of a woman. In my life you are the first person who lowers his gaze when seeing a woman. I come, and you close your eyes. Such great modesty can be taught by none other than a true religion."
The protection of one's gaze entered Islam in her. She testified to the Oneness of Allah Ta'ala and became a Muslim. They both got married. By now, the same woman was and is the means of bringing so many other girls and women into Islam.

REMEMBER DEAR MUSLIM!
We may never see the impact our actions have on people!!
Sometimes we are the only knowledge of Quran someone will read..,
or the only Islam a non-Muslim will see!
What we need to provide, Insha Allah is an example for others to see!
Let us be careful, be honest and humble everyday, because we never know who is watching our actions and judging us as Muslims!! We might be saying something and doing something contrary to what we say...Are we really showing the world the real characteristics and spectacular qualities of a true believer?
Let us atleast remember at all times •► Allah is watching us! And He is going to ask us if we delivered His message or not!
Oh ALLAH please enable us to be strong Mulims...ones who are true followers of the Qur'an & the sunnah of RasoolAllah (sallAllahu 'alyhi wasallam).
Help us ya Rabb to keep our gaze lowered. Oh ALLAH our eyes are a blessing, please enable us to be thankful of this blessing and using it in the correct manner. Allahumma Aameen!

❝Had Allaah lifted the veil for His slave & shown him how He handles his affairs for him, & how Allaah is more keen for the benefit of the slave than His own self, his heart would have melted out of the lOve for Allaah & would have been torn to pieces out of thankfulness to Allaah. Therefore if the pains of this world tire you do not grieve. For it may be that Allaah wishes to hear your voice by way of du'aa. So pour out your desires in prostration & forget about it & know, that verily Allaah does not forget it.❞ ~ Ibn al-Qayyim (rahimahullaah)
“One of the worst sins is a person taking his sin lightly.” — Abū Bakr aṣ-Ṣiddīq (RadiAllahu Anhu) Al-Ḥasan al-Baṣrī (Rahimahullah) would say, ”From the signs that one has drowned in sins is lack of delight in fasting in the day and praying through the night.” O the Most Forgiving Allah! Forgive us, sinner's! :(
“The nafs calls one to tyranny and & preferring the life of the dunya, & the Lord calls the servant to fear Him & forbids the nafs from its evil desire. As such, the heart ends up between the two callers; sometimes it inclines to this caller & other times to the other caller, & this is the very object of ordeal & tribulation.” -Ibn al-Qayyim [Ighāthah al-Lahfān 1/126]

The Prophet (salAllahu alaihy wasallam) said “The one who is bankrupt among my ummah is the one who will come on the Day of Resurrection with prayer, fasting and zakaah to his credit, but he will come having slandered one person......” [Muslim] O Allah, protect our tongues from backbiting and slander. Ameen!
You better be better
Be a better person today than you were yesterday, be a better person tomorrow than you are today. Once you stop trying to be better, you will no longer be good.
Being better does not necessarily mean doing more, try to perfect and improve on what you are doing if you are not doing more.
"He Who created Death and Life, that He may try which of you is best in deed: and He is the Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving"
(Surah al-Mulk, 2)
Best in deeds...not necessarily most in deeds.

Today is all that you Have!!
When
you wake up in the morning, do not expect to see the evening live as
though today is all that you have. Yesterday has passed with its good
and evil, while tomorrow has not yet arrived. Your life's span is but
one day, as if you were born in it and will die at the end of it. With
this attitude, you will not be caught between an obsession over the
past, with all its anxieties, and the
hopes of the future, with all its uncertainty. Live for today- During
this day you should pray with a wakeful heart, recite the Qur'an with
understanding, and remember Allah with sincerity. In this day you should
be balanced in your affairs, satisfied with your allotted portion,
concerned with your appearance and health.

`Whenever you are sad, feel oppressed, wronged, stressed, or hurt, remember that this is an opportunity. Yes, opportunity. It is an opportunity to return to Allah. It is an opportunity to gain Allah's love & rise in status in His sight. It is a great time to direct this emotion and energy in the right place by performing, inside & out, the deeds that Allah loves best. ★Go cry to Allah in sujood (prostration) for help. ★Perfect your five prayers & increase your extra prayers. ★Moist your tongue with dhikr (remembrance of Allah). ★Go start reading the Qur'an & making dua'. It is a great moment to fix the shortcomings. Imagine how pleased Allah will be to see that you truly understand that Allah is the Only One with the solution. How pleased Allah will be with you to see that at such a stressful time, you turn to Only Him instead of committing sins for temporary relief. ♥.. Remember what Allah states in the Qur'an: “… hold fast to Allah [i.e. have confidence in Allaah, and depend upon Him in all your affairs]. He is your Mawla (Patron, Lord), what an Excellent Mawla (Patron, Lord) and what an Excellent Helper!” [al-Hajj 22:78] `
Have you ever reflected over the Power & Might of Allah Ta'ala?

How do I quit music?
First: Observe Salaah to the best of your ability.
Remember: Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater. And Allah knows that which you do. ~ Qur'an 29/45
Second: Delete all your music & replace it with Qur'an. Lectures are a great option too.
Third: Make Duaa.
Fourth: Avoid all places or people who love music and play it often. #♥.
Allah is Al 'Aleem- the All-Knowing: of what is and what could be, what was and what could have been.
The all-Knower even knows every leaf that falls. He knows what our souls whisper to us and He is closer to us “than the jugular vein”. So He knows what you are going through, what you are feeling. Your Lord does not forget either; so do not think that anything you have done has gone to waste. He knows when you prevented yourself from doing bad for His sake, so just because you didn't see the result of your choice immediately, don’t think that it went unnoticed. But some things need patience, and Allah (swt) teaches us with time. ♥
Allah (swt) tells us: “But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you; and perhaps you love a thing and it is bad for you. And Allah Knows, while you know not.” (Qur’an, 2:216)

The Power of Remembering Allah
There is a feeling that comes to the heart, a feeling of unrest. No matter what is done that feeling of unrest doesn’t leave. Sometimes we try and numb it with entertainment or by distracting ourselves, but again it returns. And it is after this constant return of this feeling of unrest that we may finally remember the ayah (verse), “Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest!” (Qur’an 13:28)
There are many verses and traditions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) that show us the extreme importance of dhikr (remembrance of Allah) in our lives. One interesting hadith (narration) is that of a man who came to the Prophet who felt that the rules had become too much for him. He felt a burden on his shoulders, unsure if he was to be able to fulfill his roles and obligations to his Lord. He came with a concern to the Prophet and asked: “O Messenger of Allah, the laws of Islam have become many for us, so give us a means of access which is comprehensive to which we can cling.” Notice, he wants something to cling to, something to hold on to so that he doesn’t slip away. What then did the Prophet respond? “Let not your tongue cease to be moist with the remembrance of Allah, The Glorious, The Magnificent.”
Another powerful hadith is that which describes people who will go to Paradise. They will have already made it to the land where all their wishes and dreams are merely a thought away. Where they get to do whatever they please whenever they please and are not plagued by the ups and downs of this worldly life. Will these people, who have made it so far, have any regrets? Will they wish that they could change something in their previous lives, anything? The Prophet tells us about the regrets of the people of Paradise. He says “The People of Paradise will not regret except one thing alone: the hour that passed them by and in which they made no remembrance of Allah.”
Lastly, think back to a story mentioned in many traditions and in our Holy Qur’an. The story of Prophet Yunus (Jonah), who had been swallowed by a whale. He lay there in the stomach of this whale, alone and in darkness—a feeling that some of us can relate to without ever having to find our way into the belly of any animal. His reaction was not to curl up and fall into despair; rather he spoke to the only one who could take him out of this darkness and take him out of his lonely state. He said, “La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minathalimin [none has the right to be worshipped but You (O Allah), Glorified are You (above all that (evil) they associate with You). Truly, I have been of the wrong-doers].” He made dhikr. When in unimaginable hardship, he made dhikr. Then what happened? Allah subhanahu wa ta`ala (exalted is He) removed him from the darkness. He saved him and took care of him. Allah then tells us in the Qur’an a very important point which brings this all home. He says, “Had he not been one of My glorifiers (musabbihin), he would have remained inside the whale’s stomach until Judgment Day,” (Qur’an 37:143-144). The dhikr he made saved him from the loneliness and the darkness that he was enveloped in, along with the pain and suffering he was undergoing in the inside of the whale; imagine then what it can do for us.
An issue that often times arises when we try to implement adding dhikr into our lives is that we start off excited and really feeling it. We start off feeling like a fish that has just been placed in water after struggling to breathe on land. But then, the feeling starts to fade and we stop feeling our words. We start feeling that we are speaking empty words and then shaytaan (Satan) comes in telling us that since we don’t feel it, there is no point in doing it.
A wise man from our history, ibn Ata’illah, speaks of this eloquently and holistically. He says: “Do not stop mentioning God just because your heart is not present. Forgetting Him completely is worse than being inattentive while you are mentioning him; perhaps He will elevate you from being inattentive to being attentive, and from being attentive to being fully present with Him, and from being fully present with Him to being fully absent from anything but Him; ‘and this is not difficult for God’ (Qur’an 35:17).”
Take a moment right now to make a commitment to yourself to add more dhikr to your daily routine. It doesn’t have to be something big, take it easy and take baby steps, but make a commitment that you won’t leave. Remember, Allah (swt) loves those deeds which are consistent even if they are small. Not only that, but when you take one step towards Allah He takes ten steps towards you.
Allahuma a’inna ala dhikrika wa shukrika wa husn ibadatak (Oh Allah, assist us in remembering You, thanking You and worshipping You in the best of manners).

Summarizing his policy towards Christians & Jews that lived by agreement in Muslim lands, 'Umar ibn Al-Khattab radiyAllah 'anhu said:
"Verily, we have given them a firm promise to allow them to freely frequent their churches; and inside of their churches, they may say whatever they want. We have further given them a firm promise to not place upon them a burden that is greater than they can bear; to defend them if their enemy tries to do them harm; to allow them to freely apply their laws among themselves, unless, of their own volition, they come to us and say that they would be better pleased to have their disputes settled based on our laws. In the latter case, we will willingly act as judges in their disputes. And if they want to leave our lands, we will not prevent them from doing so."
Nidhaam Al-Hukm Fee 'Ahd Al-Khulafaa Ar-Raashideen (pg. 117)
In Muslim lands, the People of the Book (Jews & Christians) freely practiced the tenets of their Faith in their homes and in their places of worship. No one prevented them from doing so.
At-Tabaree related that, in a letter that 'Umar radiyAllah 'anhu sent to the people of Eeliyaa, 'Umar made the following guarantees to them: He guaranteed that they would not be harmed; that their wealth was safe, and would not be wrongly taken or seized; and that their crosses and churches would not be destroyed or harmed.*
'Umar's governor of Egypt, 'Amr ibn Al-'Aas radiyAllah 'anhu, wrote the following official letter to the inhabitants of Egypt: "In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. 'Amr ibn Al-'Aas guarantees the people of Egypt safety for their lives, their [freedom to practice their] religion, their wealth, their churches, their crosses, their land, and their sea." **

Don't think of the trials in your life ('balaa') as just a 'test' in the human form. Allah is not like a professor who hands you a test, moves away and just watches from afar to see how you'll do. Allah is our murabee--the One who raises us with more mercy than a mother raises a child. The Prophet (pbuh) tells us that when Allah wills good for someone, he sends them 'balaa' (trials or tests). When Allah wills good for us, He purifies us. That is why each person is tested in what they love most. In other words our greatest possible 'competitor' in our love for God is what is withheld or must be sacrificed. This is the purification process because it cures the heart of competitors. Why was Prophet Ibrahim (AS) asked to slaughter the most beloved thing to him? Did Allah actually want him to *kill* his son? No. He didn't kill his son. He killed the attachment. By being willing to sacrifice what he loved most, he had slaughtered any possible competing love. Allah was raising him, purifying him and elevating him...::✦:: ❝ By no means shall you attain righteousness unless you give (freely) of that which you love. ❞ (3:92)

Nothing more. Every person, every experience, every
gift, every loss, every pain is sent to your path for one reason and
one reason only: to bring you back to Him._
“The year is like a tree, months are its branches, days are the branch sticks, hours are its leaves, and the breaths are its fruits. Therefore, if one’s breaths are in obedience (to Allah (subhanahu wa ta`ala) and His Messenger Prophet Muhammad (Sallallaahu`alayhi wa sallam)), the fruits of his tree are good. If they are in disobedience, his fruits are bitter. The harvest is on the Appointed Day, when one’s fruits are found out to be either good or bitter.”.
In times of great distress, Ibn `Abbas narrates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to say:
لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ العَظِيمُ الْحَلِيمُ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ
رَبُّ العَرشِ العَظِيم، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَات

How to remember Fajr prayer.
It seems that in this day in age with all the many activities and responsibilities that we have on a daily basis, it’s becoming way too “easy” for brothers and sisters to miss fajr prayer on a regular basis. Making your five daily salat is an important part of being a Muslim, and is one of the five pillars of Islam. The Quran says “Establish regular prayers at the sun’s decline till the darkness of the night and the recital of the Qur’an in the Fajr prayer, for the recital of the Fajr is witnessed” (Qur’an Al-Israa 17:78). So how do you get rid of the bad habit of forgetting and sleeping through it?
Following are a few tips to help get you started. In shaa Allah these tips will help you get in the habit of making fajr and you will quickly begin to make it on a regular basis and on time!
1. Keep in mind your intentions. You should wake up with Allah (swt) on your mind and in your heart. This will motivate you to make the prayer because you will think about your intention of making prayer for Allah (swt).
2. Consider how you want your day to go. When doing so, keep this hadith in mind: “During your sleep, Satan knots three knots at the back of the head of each of you, and he breathes the following words at each knot, ‘The night is long, so keep on sleeping.’ If that person wakes up and remembers Allah, then one knot is undone. When he (or she) performs ablution (wudu) the second knot is undone. And when he (she) prays, all the knots are undone, and he (she) gets up in the morning lively and in a good mood, otherwise he (she) gets up dull and gloomy.”(Bukhari)
3. Stay motivated with family. If you do not live on your own and have a roommate or family that engages in salat as well then use each other as motivation. Whether your Ummi or Abu is your wakeup call or you get your sister or brother to bang on your door. If you can get that help and support do so. You’ll be more likely to wake up and even start doing it on your own whether or not they are there to do it for you.
4. Get help from your brothers and sisters. If you know someone who is getting up for fajr prayer and they live in the same time zone as you then ask them to give you a call when it’s time for salat. Yeah, the phone call may be annoying so early in the morning, but remember- INTENTIONS!!
5. Don’t eat too much before bed. You should also avoid eating right before you go to sleep. This will cause your body to naturally want to sleep. The infamous “itis”! Grab a light snack instead. If you must eat, space that meal out to at least 3-4 hours before going to bed.
5. Go to bed early. No one likes to do this. We all stay up late. Some of us fall out on top of our laptops because we’ve been Facebooking all night while others fall out on the couch watching TV. Some of us simply act like insomniacs and refuse to go to bed at a decent hour; I have to admit that I was guilty of this. Go to bed. If you’re not tired you should still go to bed. DVR and record your “shows”, create better time management throughout your day. Once you stop going to bed two hours before fajr is due you’ll have an easier time waking up for it.
6. Take advantage of technology. Hate the sound of an alarm clock? Or don’t have one at all? Use that technology! Set your alarm clock at a decent sound level to ensure you’ll hear it in your sleep. If you sleep heavy then maximum volume is suggested. A good alarm clock for fajr should also have a snooze feature, just in case. Be sure to set your alarm for at least 20-30 minutes before fajr. This will allow you to wake up and make wudu. This helps on those mornings where you get up and stare at the clock for ten minutes. If you don’t want to use a traditional alarm clock then use your cell phone. There are two ways to do this for some people. If you have a Blackberry or Android phone there are several apps for salat that have the feature of the Adhan recitation. This way you can wake up to Adhan. Or you could simply use the alarm feature on your phone. This is helpful when you hate the sound of an alarm clock. You can choose a “ringtone” or a particular ring instead. Don’t forget there is always a salat alarm available with most online Islamic dealers as well as in Islamic stores.
That’s it! Now there are no excuses. You know what you need to do so In shaa Allah, get to it! See you at fajr!
In order to build our certainty in al-Mujeeb, He tells us stories of how He manifests this Name in the Qur’an.
“And [mention] Job, when he called to his Lord, ‘Indeed, adversity has touched me, and you are the Most Merciful of the merciful.’ So We responded to him and removed what afflicted him of adversity. And We gave him [back] his family and the like thereof with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers [of Allah ].” (Qur’an, 21:83-84)
The Prophet Ayub (Job) `alayhi sallatu wa sallam (may God send His peace and blessings on him) was afflicted with a disease for 18 years, and never once did he complain. Before the disease, he was blessed with abundant wealth for 50 years and was always grateful to Allah (swt). He never once blamed Allah (swt) when he lost everything, and if we look at his du`a’, he called on Allah (swt) by His Majestic Names, and recognized that truly it is only Allah (swt) who could help him. And when Allah (swt) responded to him, He did not just remove the affliction, but gave him more. We should always think the best of Allah (swt) and recognize that even as He is the One who responds, He is also the Most-Generous. And the most hopeful part? That Allah (swt) says: it is “a mercy from Us, and a reminder to the worshippers”—a reminder that when we are afflicted, we need to turn back to Allah (swt). Allah (swt) makes after hardship ease and can cure our afflictions when we turn to Him, but we should also be patient as Ayoub (as) was patient, and certain as Ayoub (as) was certain that he had a Merciful God even as he was being tried. So whenever harm afflicts you, remember this du`a’!

How to paint your ideal life:
Take out a pen and paper and at the top write: “If Allah were to give me anything in this world and they next, ANYTHING, what would I ask for?” There is no limit, keep writing everything you could EVER want.
Then, write 4 categories on a new paper:
“Spiritual / Personal / Financial-Material / Contribution”
And under each heading, write down 3 or 4 of the things you are
COMMITTED to working to achieve. The things you want the most. And be specific as to the date you are going to achieve them by. And what specifically will be achieved.
Then, take this list and make it your du’aa list. Made du’aa for these 12 things every day, all the time, in sujood, in qiyaam, all the time.
And, bi tawfeeqillah, it’ll be yours. :)

Unwanted
There are a multitude of different things that can hurt a person, different emotions that bring people down. But one of the most painful feelings that a person can feel is feeling unwanted. Unwanted by people we once considered friends, by family who we think should care, unwanted by people in general and there is one type of feeling unwanted that tops all on the pain factor: feeling unwanted by God. Some people may gasp, shake their heads at that, thinking, “How can anyone ever think they are unwanted by God?” But many others reading this right now may be nodding their heads thinking, “I know how that feels. I know how it feels to feel that God doesn’t want you, that He is constantly pushing you away.” And while I wish that simply by assuring you that of course God wants you near Him it would push away all of your gnawing pains and aches of unwantedness, I know that simply saying these words will not help heal your wounds. So, instead, I want to share a deeply emotional story hoping that this story may shed light on the reality of our situations.
A man in our past had been blessed with an amazing gift. Bestowed with a huge blessing from our Lord, he went out to his people to tell them about it. He went out to them with his beautiful black eyes, his flowing beard and his upright posture. He stood before the people he loved explaining to them the blessing that he had been given, the responsibility that had been bestowed upon him. He had been loved by his people before; they trusted his every word. He was used to being accepted and never being second-guessed. He was used to the kind-hearted actions of his people and even the caring nicknames they would call him by that exemplified his traits. So naturally, with this new blessing he was bringing to them, things would only get better, right? Naturally seeing that God favored him so much that He gave him such an amazing gift, there was no way that the people would react negatively, right?
As his story began to get out, and people began to hear about this man who was given a blessed gift and responsibility from the One above, the people began to change. They began to become cold and mean. They began to ridicule this kind-hearted man. They began to say mean words and even laugh at him in his face. The same people, who would shower him with praise and kind words, began to do the exact opposite and they began to spread these rumors about him to others whom he loved dearly. Never had he experienced such torment at the hands of people before, much less his people; the people he loved and lived alongside. But it was okay, because he knew that his self worth came only from God. He knew that his Lord loved him and wanted him. That his Lord wasn’t pushing him away and had not forgotten him. But you won’t imagine what came next.
In the midst of all this turmoil and this pain that he was enduring at the hands of his people, the blessing that he loved so much, the responsibility that he held in such high esteem, stopped returning. He stopped receiving his blessing. At first it was just a brief absence, but as the absence grew tensions began to rise. His people began to laugh and mock him. ‘Your demons have forsaken you,’ a woman mocked. Pain: Had he been forsaken? Had he endured so much from his people only to be pushed away by his Lord? Had he angered his Lord so much that his Lord no longer wanted him near, no longer wanted to send Him the blessing and bestow upon the responsibility that He had given him earlier? That’s what it seems like, right? His people turned on him, and then the blessings in his life seemed to stop. What else could it mean? God told Him exactly what that meant and sent him cooling words to heal his anxiety and distress. First, notice that God wanted to cool his aches and his pains—because feeling pain is not a sign of unspeakable weakness—it’s a sign of humanity. He sent him a message to grant him understanding of what had happened, and from His message to him, we too can learn many a lesson:
“By the morning brightness And [by] the night when it covers with darkness,” (Qur’an 93:1-2)
First, God swore by the brightness of the morning and the darkness that covers the night. When we are in the depths of darkness of night, no matter which way we look we can’t see any proof that the sun will ever return. We can’t see any sign that signifies that the sun will wash away the darkness and allow us to see clearly again, but we never doubt that it will come. Similarly, when we are in the trials of life, swallowed by the darkness of tribulation, we often times look around trying to see where the sun may come up, trying to see when it is all going to go away—and the truth is, often times we can’t see any proof that the sun will rise again, but just as we believe that the sun will rise after a night sky passes—we should full heartedly believe that the sun will rise on our life and happiness will once again enter it.
“Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you].” (Qur’an 93:3)
If you haven’t realized by now, the beautiful persevering soul that we were speaking about is our beloved Muhammed ﷺ (peace be upon him) and the moments of anxiety and distress came from a delay in the revelation being sent down to him. God tells him in plain words what we all want to hear- God has not left you, he didn’t abandon you and He doesn’t hate you.
If you see that your life is filled with trials and that perhaps God is pushing you away from Him, think again—He hasn’t abandoned you. He doesn’t detest you.
“And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life].” (Qur’an 93:4)
God reminds our beloved messenger and us that no matter what we go through in this life, it’ll be worth it in the end. The Hereafter will make it all worth it. And yes, while we are in this life it feels like it is never ending and we are sidelined time and time again—slammed to the floor and we feel like we can’t make it any further, but God is promising us that if we just hold on and keep at it, in the End it will all be worth it.
“And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.” (Qur’an 93:5)
Just because things are bad now, doesn’t mean it will always be bad. How many times has God made someone become something when he began as nothing? How many times has God solved a seemingly impossible situation in an instant? Your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied, if not in this life then in the next—just hang in there.
“Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge? And He found you lost and guided [you], And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient.” (Qur’an 93:6-8)
Here God is mentioning the many trials that the Prophet ﷺ went through and reminding him that he solved these problems easily and simply for him. There is no problem that is too big for God to fix. But there is more to this. Perhaps you can relate to one of his problems, or perhaps your problem is completely different than these that were listed—but the common factor is that it was a problem. Look and see what our Lord says next in reference to these hardships that our beloved messenger had to face:
“So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him]. But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].” (Qur’an 93:9-11)
Our Lord tells our Prophet ﷺ to take the hardships that he had undergone in life and to do what? Learn from them. Our Prophet ﷺ had been an orphan so that if ever an orphan was to come to the prophet, he could relate and treat him with justice. Imagine how many an orphan found comfort within the embrace of our beloved Prophet ﷺ and knew that he would never harm them because he knew what the orphan had been through. Imagine how many a poor person found relief in the kind glance of the Prophet ﷺ knowing that he was treating them with kindness and fairness. None of what the Prophet ﷺ underwent was without cause. Every ounce of pain was for a reason, even if he didn’t know what the wisdom was at the time that it was happening, and this is even more so for us. The pains, the trials and the tribulations that we face in life are not God pushing us away. It is not him forgetting about us or abandoning us. It is not him “not wanting us,” rather each “misstep,” each crumble and collapse we have that sends us falling to the floor, has been constructed to make our life and interactions perfect—preparing us for eternal bliss, if only we react appropriately and learn the intended lesson.
Ponder upon this: "UNABLE TO STOP SINNING ??"
A man came to Ibrahim ibn Adham, may Allah be pleased with him, and said, "Abu Ishaq, I am unable to control my self (from sinning). Please give me something to help me with it."
"If you accept five conditions," said Ibrahim, "and are able to put them into practice, your disobedience will not cause you any problem."
"Just tell me what they are, Abu Ishaq!" the man said.
"The first is that when you want to disobey Allah you do not eat anything He provides."
"Then how will I get anything to eat? Everything on the earth is from Him!"
"So is it right to eat His provision and disobey Him at the same time?" replied Ibrahim.
"No, it is not. What is the second condition?"
"When you want to disobey him, move off His land."
"That is even more difficult! Exclaimed the man. "In that case where will I live?"
"Is it right to eat his provision and live on His land and then to disobey Him?" asked Ibrahim.
"No, it is not. What is the third condition?"
"When you want to disobey Him in spite of eating His provision and living on His land, find a place where He will not see you and disobey Him there."
"What do you mean, Ibrahim? He knows everything that happens even in the most hidden places!"
"So is it right to disobey Him when you eat His provision and live on His land and when you know that He can see everything you do?"
"It certainly is not!" the man replied. "Tell me the fourth condition."
"That when the Angel of Death arrives to take your soul, you say to him, 'Give me a reprieve so that I can repent and act righteously for Allah.'"
"But he won't listen to me!"
"Then if you cannot ward off death long enough to give yourself time to repent, and you know that when it comes there will be no reprieve, how can you hope to be saved?"
"What is the fifth?"
"That when the angels of the Fire come to you to take you to the Fire, you do not go with them."
"They will take me whether I like it or not!" exclaimed the man.
"So how can you hope to be saved?"
"Enough, enough, Ibrahim! I ask Allah's forgiveness and I turn to Him!" =

♥ Al-Mujeeb is the Answerer of prayers. ♥
According
to al-Ghazali, this means that it is He who responds to the requests of
those who ask by assisting them, to the call of those who call upon Him
by answering them, and responds to the plight of the poor with all they
need.
When you ask Allah (swt), it means you know Him. Knowing He responds means knowing that He is All-Seeing (As-Baseer), All-Knowing (Al-`Aleem), All-Hearing (Al-Samee`), that He is the Most-Affectionate (al-Wadud), that He gives us even if we don’t deserve it (al-Wahhab), that He is not in need of anyone or anything but we are in need of Him (al-Ghaniyy). If we don’t ask, then we truly do not know Him, and we are missing out on an amazing act of worship.

✦Expressing our Love for our dear Prophet (sallAllahu 'alyhi wasallam), following him and sending peace & blessings on him is something we should do NOT just one specific day but EVERY DAY - as much as we can✦ The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said•►“whoever sends blessings upon me, Allaah will send blessings upon him tenfold.” [Narrated by Muslim 384] It was narrated that Ubayy ibn Ka’b (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: When two-thirds of the night had passed, the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) would say•► “O people, remember Allaah, remember Allaah. The first Trumpet is about to sound, and will soon be followed by the second; death has come with all that it entails, death has come with all that it entails.” Ubayy said: I said: O Messenger of Allaah, I send blessings upon you a great deal; how much of my prayer (du’aa’) should be for you? He said•► “Whatever you wish.” I said: One quarter? He said•► “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.” I said: Half? He said•► “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.” I said: Two thirds? He said•► “Whatever you wish, and if you do more it is better for you.” I said: Should I make all my du’aa’ for you? He said•► “Then your concerns will be taken care of and your sins will be forgiven.” [Narrated by al-Tirmidhi 2457; classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi] Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in Jala’ al-Afhaam (79): Our Shaykh Abu ‘Abbaas (i.e., Ibn Taymiyah) was asked about the meaning of this hadeeth. He said: Ubayy ibn Ka’b had a du’aa’ that he used to say for himself, and he asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) whether he should make one-quarter of it sending blessings on him, and he said … because whoever sends blessings on the Prophet, Allaah will send blessings on him tenfold, and if Allaah sends blessings on a person He will take care of his concerns and forgive him his sins. It says in Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi: “how much of my prayer (du’aa’) should be for you?” means: how much instead of my du’aa’ for myself. This was stated by al-Qaari. Al-Mundhiri said in al-Targheeb: What it means is: I say a lot of du’aa’; how much of my du’aa’ should I make sending blessings on you? I said: Should I make all my du’aa’ for you? i.e., should I devote all the time that I used to spend in saying du’aa’ for myself to sending blessings on you? “Then your concerns will be taken care of and your sins will be forgiven” – concerns means everything that a person seeks in this world and in the Hereafter. What it means is: if you spend all the time of du’aa’ in sending blessings on me, you will be given what you hope for in this world and in the Hereafter. End quote. Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in al-Radd ‘ala al-Bakri (1/133): This is the ultimate that a person can say in du’aa’ for himself to bring good things and ward off harmful things, for du’aa’ involves attaining what one wants and warding off what one fears. Al-Tirmidhi (484) narrated from ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Mas’ood that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said•► “The closest of people to me on the Day of Resurrection will be those who send the most blessings on me.” Classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb wa’l-Tarheeb. It says in Tuhfat al-Ahwadhi: “The closest of people to me” means the nearest to me or those who are most entitled to my intercession” because sending a lot of blessings is based on veneration, which in turn stems from complete love, and that results in Allaah loving that person. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم to mankind): “If you (really) love Allaah, then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic Monotheism, follow the Qur’aan and the Sunnah), Allaah will love you and forgive you your sins” [Aal ‘Imraan 3:31].
